If PoFo Down?

I have tried to access PoFo but:

General Error
SQL ERROR [ mysql4 ]

Can't open file: 'pofo3_sessions.MYI'. (errno: 145) [1016]

An sql error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact an administrator if this problem persists.

Yeah... i got the same error... I've been trying to kill time at S-E but it's almost as bad as trying to kill time at HiFo.

Also apparently HiFo reset my password and sent it to my ancient e-mail and now i can't get it
